MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
MINNEWAUKAN SCHOOL BOARD
January 11, 2005
A regular meeting of the Minnewaukan Board of Education was called to order by Chairman David Ambers on January 11, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. Also present were Randy Thompson, Corey Erickson, Superintendent Myron Jury and Dianne Mikkelson. Laura Every, Terry Yri, Ron Carlson and Jean Callahan were absent.
Thompson made a motion to approve the agenda. Erickson seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
Erickson made a motion to approve the minutes of the December meeting.
Thompson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Thompson made a motion to approve the bills for payment. Erickson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Erickson made a motion to approve the financial reports. Thompson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Thompson made a motion to approve the teachers’ notice for recognition.
Erickson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Discussion was held on the impact aid application, the insurance update, the co-op and the legislature.
The tobacco policy was tabled until the next meeting.
The next meeting will be on February 15, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.
Erickson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Thompson seconded the motion. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
