NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has been appointed personal representatives of the above estate. All persons having claims against the said deceased are required to present their claims within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or said claims will be forever barred. MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
MINNEWAUKAN SCHOOL BOARD
October 17, 2005
A regular meeting of the Minnewaukan Board of Education was called to order by Chairman David Ambers on October 17, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. Also present were Randy Thompson, Corey Erickson, Terry Yri, Laura Every, Supt. Myron Jury, Ron Carlson, Dianne Mikkelson and Tyler Heser. Jean Callahan was absent.
Yri made a motion to approve the agenda. Thompson seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
Tyler Heser talked to the board about an emergency disaster program for the school.
Thompson made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 19, 2005 meeting. Erickson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Thompson made a motion to approve the bills for payment. Every seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Yri made a motion to approve the financial reports. Erickson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Discussion was held on installing playground equipment, phy ed curriculum, CTBS testing, and roof problem at kindergarten building.
The next meeting will be on November 21, 2005 at 6:30 p.m.
Yri made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Thompson seconded the motion.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.

CALL FOR BIDS
One or More Motor Graders
Bid opening: December 20, 2005, 11:00 a.m. CDT, Benson County Courthouse, County Commissioners Rm.
One or more Motor Graders to be new 2006 model, including all new parts and accessories, and meet all minimum detail specifications. Motor Graders are to include new fully hydraulic wings, with trade of old wings. All bidders shall bid on Minimum Detail Specification Form supplied by Benson County.
Bid is for 4 wheel drive machine and/or 4 wheel drive with front wheel assist. Bidders specifications must be completed.
All bidders shall supply with their bid a copy of the standard warranty offered, plus an extended total machine warranty to 5 years/7500 hours whichever occurs first.
All bids shall be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidder’s Bond or Certified Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base price, payable to Benson County as liquidated damages in accordance with Section 11-11-28, NDCC. Such deposit shall be to insure prompt delivery and conformity to the specifications.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to Benson County Auditor’s Office, PO Box 206, Minnewaukan, North Dakota, which identified the bidder and the Motor Grader Bid contained therein.
All bidders must show if item bid is standard or optional. If optional, bid must show what the price of the option is as bid to Benson County. If option not available, it must be noted as such.
Bidders shall bid on the proposal form supplied by Benson County and shall bid lease price and total cost price. Benson County may hold the bids for up to forty-five (45) days. Proposal forms are available at the Benson County Auditor’s Office, or Benson County Hwy. Department, Minnewaukan, North Dakota.
To protect Benson County and to develop a guaranteed depreciation schedule on the machine purchased, Benson County has the option to return the machine purchased to the successful bidder as per the following time periods or hours (whichever is first) after the delivery date. The successful bidder guarantees repurchase of the machine based on the following schedule in cash to Benson County.
Benson County reserves the right to evaluate the bids according to these specifications and make awards according to the discretion of its Board of Commissioners. Benson County also reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.
