IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF BENSON COUNTY, STATE OF NORTH
DAKOTA.
In the Matter of the Estate of Arnold P. Yri, Deceased.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned has been
appointed personal representatives of the above estate. All
persons having claims against the said deceased are required
to present their claims within three months after the date
of the first publication of this notice or said claims will
be forever barred. Claims must either be presented to Beth
Sayler, who has an address of 4901 66th Ave. NE,
Minnewaukan, ND 58351, or James Yri, who has an address of
6660 Hwy. 19, Minnewaukan, ND 58351, personal
representatives of the estate, or filed with the Court.
